Our office is staffed from 8am until 8pm seven days a week so we are always available if you need ot speak to us

We love it when we send you a cleaner you like. You can request to have the same cleaner or cleaning team every time if you wish

If you're unhappy with our service let us know withing 24 hours and we will return to resolve the issue at no extra charge

Meet your cleaner before they start to confirm all of your cleaning requirements. If you are not happy with a clean just let us know

All payments are taken via bank transfer or over the phone with a credit/debit card so you never need to worry about cash payments
