Yes, we interview every cleaner in-person. We check their documents to confirm their identity and that they are eligible to live and work in Ireland. We also check their proof of address and references.
Yes you can request the same cleaner on a regular basis. On rare occasions we may need to send a replacement cleaner if your regular cleaner is unwell or on annual leave
It's completely up to you. You can stay at home during the cleaning or you can return at the end of the clean to inspect the work carried out
With regular/weekly/bi-weekly and ironing services you will need to provide the cleaning products. For one off cleaning jobs or specialist cleaning jobs we will provide all the materials
Yes, we see every first cleaning job as a trial run with no long term commitment expected. Each domestic cleaner has to pass our skills test in our office. Cleaners go through induction with one of our supervisors or in the homes of our management team.
No this will not be an issue. However we request you let us know in advance so we can send a cleaner who is pet friendly.
Yes we don't tie our customers into any long term contracts. We only require 7 days notice. Any cleaning jobs scheduled to take place within this 7 day window must be completed.
Yes if you wish. We also offer as a service, the installation of a key safe that will be installed in discreet location at your property that only you and the cleaner will have access too. We recommend the installation of the Supra C500 police accredited key safe.
